Job Description: Host/Server Team Member – Farm & Flame

Position Title: Host/Server Team Member

Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Manager

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, attentive Server to join our Farm & Flame restaurant team. In this role, you’ll create a welcoming dining experience by delivering excellent service, sharing knowledge about our menu, and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our food and beverage menu
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them promptly
• Serve dishes and drinks in a timely, polished manner
• Answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary options
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Process payments accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $3.63 - $15.00 per hour
