We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our private Members Club Smoking Lounge — a high-energy, vibe-driven space centered around premium service, music culture, and elevated guest experience.

This is not a standard bar job. We are looking for someone who understands atmosphere, pacing, hospitality psychology, and how to curate a room.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and elevate the overall guest experience from arrival to departure
• Set the tone of the room: energy, pacing, and hospitality standards
• Oversee floor flow and member engagement
• Support DJ nights and music programming with proper crowd management
• Anticipate member needs before they are expressed
• Uphold private club discretion and exclusivity standards
• Ensure service team alignment with club expectations
• Assist in maintaining premium ambiance and vibe consistency

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in upscale lounge, private club, nightlife, or hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of guest engagement and atmosphere control
• Confident personality with natural leadership presence
• Ability to read a room and adjust energy accordingly
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills
• Experience working in music-driven venues preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong punctuality

• Passionate about music culture (vinyl knowledge a plus)

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience + performance-based incentives.
