Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system (Aloha POS experience is a plus).
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and drink preparation techniques.

Skills

• Strong cash handling skills with experience in managing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent sales abilities to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is beneficial for crafting unique beverages.
• Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred.
• Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous but not required.
