Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Server to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and positive attitude, making them feel welcome from the moment they step in.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Take accurate orders from guests, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages.
• Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that exceeds expectations.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, fostering excellent guest relations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and resetting after guests leave.
• Support guest check-out processes using POS systems while ensuring accuracy in billing and payment handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience working in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $14.00 - $27.00 per hour
