We aren't looking for a desk-bound administrator. We need a Hot-Seat Dispatcher—the ultimate field general. You are the heartbeat of our daily operations, responsible for coordinating crews in the morning and ensuring 5-star execution all day.

Crucial Note: This is a "Hot-Seat" role. While your home base is the office, you must be ready to lace up your boots, jump in a box truck, and lead a moving crew in the field whenever operational needs arise. Whether it's a call-out, a complex high-value move, or a crew needing on-site leadership, you are the one who steps in and saves the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • The "Hot-Seat" Pivot: Be ready to transition from the office to the field at a moment's notice. You will drive trucks and act as the Lead Mover on-site to maintain pacing and quality.
  • Morning Dispatch: Lead daily crew huddles, assign trucks, and ensure every team is stocked with pads, tools, and materials by 8:45 AM.
  • Field Quality Control: Perform on-site QC visits for 75% of jobs. You aren't just "watching"—you are coaching packing techniques and safety in real-time.
  • Live Ops Oversight: Monitor truck locations (Samsara/Bouncie) and troubleshoot customer access or timing issues as they happen.
  • Crew Development: Conduct weekly safety training and in-person interviews for new hires. You build the team you lead.
  • Fleet Readiness: Oversee daily truck inspections, fueling, and cab cleanliness.

Schedule & Requirements

  • Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility for early/late/Sunday shifts required).
  • License: Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
  • Physicality: Must be able to perform the physical labor of a professional mover (lifting 100+ lbs, stairs, packing/padding) when out in the field.
  • Leadership: Ability to handle high-pressure de-escalation with customers and firm accountability with crews.

Compensation Breakdown

  • Base Salary: $40,000
  • Annual Benefits & Gas: ~$2,700
  • 6 Paid Holidays: ~$923
  • Revenue Bonus: 0.25% of weekly completed revenue (Projected $2.5k–$4.2k/year).
  • Performance Bonuses: Up to $10,000/year based on 5-star reviews, low damage claims (<1%), and labor/fuel efficiency.

Employment is at-will in accordance with Texas law.
