Hot Tub Repair Technician

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Hot Tub & Swim Spa Service Technician. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing spa equipment while providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in pool or hot tub service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service & Repair:
• Diagnose, maintain, repair, and service hot tubs and swim spas.
• Complete daily customer maintenance and repair appointments on time and ensure projects are finished efficiently.
• Order and track parts and equipment needed for service and repairs.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly with customers about service needs and progress.
• Vehicle & Equipment Management:
• Maintain and service the company vehicle daily to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Manage inventory of service tools and equipment.
• Additional Duties:
• CPO Certification is a plus for testing and maintaining water quality.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the Pineville store.
• Previous experience in installing, maintaining, servicing, repairing, or cleaning pools or hot tubs is essential.
• Experience working as a technician is required.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
• Forklift and warehouse experience is a plus.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
