Hot Tub Water Care Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hot Tub Water Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for water chemistry, water testing, basic spa maintenance, and smaller repair projects of hot tubs and swim spas. .

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance on hot tubs, including cleaning and chemical balancing.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues related to hot tub systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct repairs and installations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential problems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their hot tubs.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and pool maintenance best practices is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for equipment repair.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
