Duties

• Welcome guests during late-night hours with friendly, professional service, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, reservation updates, and guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while maintaining confidentiality
• Address guest concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance their stay and foster positive guest relations
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support seamless hotel operations
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or facility issues swiftly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
• Knowledge of hotel management systems, front desk procedures, and night audit processes
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
• Ability to remain alert, organized, and proactive during overnight shifts in a resort or hotel environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, tact, and enthusiasm
