Hotel Barista/Server AM Shift (Hourly wage plus tips)

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic people to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with experience in the food and beverage industry.

Duties

• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their tastes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper accounting of all sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to provide seamless service for guests.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines to promote a safe environment for patrons.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Knowledge of retail math to manage cash handling effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A passion for the food industry and providing exceptional dining experiences.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
