Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting for guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations based on preferences.
• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure all supplies are available for daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols.
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling efficiently.
• Collaborate with the bar management team to coordinate banquet events, catering services, and special functions.

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems including, Micros POS, and general cashiering skills.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, brewing processes, and craft beer selection.
• Proven ability in food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Experience in fine dining environments or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail in beverage presentation and cleanliness.
