<Duties>

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast items, and replenishing supplies as needed
• Cooking all food correctly and safely
• Serve guests with friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions about menu items or dietary options
• Handle food handling responsibilities with care, following proper hygiene protocols and safety procedures
• Clear tables, bus dishes, and assist with general cleaning duties to ensure a tidy dining environment
• Operate POS systems like XNPOS for any incidental sales or guest transactions when required
• Support catering or banquet setups related to breakfast events or special functions within the hotel

<Skills>

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills to efficiently handle breakfast service tasks
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions
• Excellent communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer service experience in hospitality settings like restaurants or hotels is highly desirable
• Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food allergy awareness to assist guests effectively
• Basic cleaning, bussing, and meal presentation skills to uphold cleanliness standards
• Familiarity with coffee-making or barista experience is a plus for beverage service areas
• OpenTable or phone etiquette skills for guest interactions over reservations or inquiries
