Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, including basic meal preparation and food handling
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing all breakfast serving areas, tables, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly guest relations to enhance their experience
• Manage food presentation and ensure proper portioning using knife skills and culinary techniques
• Support catering or banquet setups when needed, including serving or bussing tables during special events or group functions
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and dietary accommodations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles such as host/hostess or server is highly desirable
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies
• Experience with meal preparation tools including knives or meat cutting is advantageous
• A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
