Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
• Serve hot and cold food items with professionalism and friendliness, adhering to food safety standards
• Replenish food and beverage supplies promptly to maintain a fully stocked buffet throughout service hours
• Assist guests with dietary preferences or special requests, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure health and safety compliance in all aspects of food service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation for optimal guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Experience serving or catering in hotel settings is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous
• Prior restaurant or food industry experience is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential
