Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast, providing friendly and attentive customer service.
• Prepare and set up breakfast stations, including food presentation and replenishing items as needed.
• Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
• Support catering or banquet setups when required, including serving food and beverages during special events.
• Manage guest inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent communication.
• Handle food safety procedures diligently, adhering to proper food handling and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth meal service and guest satisfaction throughout breakfast hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques, including basic cooking skills and knife handling.
• Background in catering, banquet service, or hotel operations will be advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
