Hotel Contracting Executive

Position: CONTRACTING EXECUTIVE

Location: Dubai

Core Responsibilities:

* Serve as a key point of contact for accommodation suppliers to support contracting, operational, commercial, and financial matters.

* Negotiate the best possible rates and conditions with hotels, self-catering units, and serviced apartments, while developing new strategies for competitive pricing. Present and discuss proposed terms and conditions with management for review and approval.

* Support the expansion and maintenance of the supplier portfolio to ensure product diversity across multiple categories (1*–5*, city/rural hotels, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

* Execute contracting activities by securing competitive rates, special offers, allocations, and terms in line with company objectives.

* Monitor competitor products and pricing to ensure competitiveness across multiple source markets.

* Review weekly product and sales reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market trends.

* Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate loading and positioning of contracts.

* Gain understanding of hotel distribution channels, including channel managers, dynamic connectivity, and extranets, to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in contracting within the travel and tourism sector, preferably with DMCs or global travel companies.

* Strong network and established relationships with hotels and accommodation suppliers.

* Be well-presentable and professional at all times, representing the company as its face in dealings with hotels and accommodation partners.

* Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
