Designation: Contracting Executive – Loading

The Contracting Executive – Loading is responsible for managing destination hotel contracts and promotional updates accurately and efficiently. The role ensures smooth coordination with internal teams and maintains up-to-date hotel content, rates, and availability across B2B systems.

Duties & Essential Job Functions

• Strong working knowledge of UAE destination hotel contracts
• Manage hotel contracting and rate loading within designated B2B extranets
• Hands-on experience with B2B Extranet / Back-office systems (Jumbo, Peak Point, Juniper preferred)
• Load, update, and maintain hotel contracts, rates, and promotions in a timely and accurate manner
• Update and monitor hotel stop-sale calendars and availability charts
• Track and manage new hotel contracts, rate revisions, and withdrawals
• Ensure all contract terms, conditions, and promotions are correctly reflected in the system
• Provide daily reports on contract updates, promotions, and revisions to supervisors
• Support Operations and Reservations teams by resolving rate, availability, and contract-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar contracting or rate-loading role
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple updates and meet deadlines efficiently
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is essential
