Job Summary

The Contracting Executive is responsible for managing destination availability and hotel product updates in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner. The role ensures timely updates across systems and maintains effective communication with internal teams to support smooth business operations.

Duties & Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain and update hotel availability, stop-sale calendars, and allocation charts accurately.
  • Monitor and manage hotel product updates, ensuring timely distribution to all partners.
  • Utilize B2B extranet systems to update and track hotel availability and product information.
  • Apply basic knowledge of UAE hotel destinations and contracts to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with the Reservations Department to resolve availability-related issues.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders regarding product and availability changes.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Contracting Executive in the same or a related field.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in availability, contracts, and product updates.
