Location: Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid/On-site depending on business needs)


Rimo Tours Group is expanding Rimo Global , our B2B travel distribution platform offering hotels, transportation, and activities to travel agencies and corporate partners.

To power our growth, we are looking for a highly connected Hotel Contracting Manager with strong market knowledge and proven experience in securing offline and online rates for hotels — with solid existing relationships across Egypt and preferably additional exposure to regional or international markets.


Role Overview


You will be responsible for building and managing a strong hotel portfolio with competitive commercial terms, guaranteed rate competitiveness, and a contracting strategy that supports our B2B growth across agencies and corporates.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hotel contracting activities across Egypt with a focus on key cities and high-demand properties
  • Negotiate and secure offline and online rates , special offers, allotments, and promotional agreements
  • Maintain and expand strategic relationships with hotel sales, commercial directors, and revenue teams
  • Develop a structured contracting plan aligned with market demand and platform growth priorities
  • Ensure competitiveness vs. major B2B platforms through smart commercial positioning
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, and Sales to ensure rate accuracy, content readiness, and seamless activation
  • Monitor rate performance, availability issues, booking trends, and market shifts
  • Manage contract documentation, compliance, and renewal calendars
  • Support expansion into new countries when needed (preferred)


Requirements


  • Proven experience in hotel contracting within a bedbank, B2B platform, DMC, wholesaler, or travel group
  • Strong existing hotel connections in Egypt (must)
  • Deep understanding of:
  • rate structures (online/offline)
  • allotments, promotions, stop sales
  • seasonality and revenue management dynamics
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with a clear focus on margin and volume
  • Excellent English communication skills


Highly Preferred


  • Experience working with B2B distribution models and agency-driven demand
  • Ability to build scalable contracting frameworks, not just one-off deals
