 Hotel Contracting Manager
 
 with strong market knowledge and proven experience in securing
 
 offline and online rates
 
 for hotels &mdash; with
 
 solid existing relationships across Egypt
 
 and preferably additional exposure to regional or international markets.
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 You will be responsible for building and managing a strong hotel portfolio with competitive commercial terms, guaranteed rate competitiveness, and a contracting strategy that supports our B2B growth across agencies and corporates.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead hotel contracting activities across
 
 Egypt
 
 with a focus on key cities and high-demand properties
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and secure
 
 offline and online rates
 
 , special offers, allotments, and promotional agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and expand strategic relationships with hotel sales, commercial directors, and revenue teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a structured contracting plan aligned with market demand and platform growth priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure competitiveness vs. major B2B platforms through smart commercial positioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Operations, Product, and Sales to ensure rate accuracy, content readiness, and seamless activation
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor rate performance, availability issues, booking trends, and market shifts
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage contract documentation, compliance, and renewal calendars
 </li>
 <li>
 Support expansion into
 
 new countries
 
 when needed (preferred)
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Proven experience in hotel contracting
 
 within a bedbank, B2B platform, DMC, wholesaler, or travel group
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong existing hotel connections in Egypt
 
 (must)
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of:
 </li>
 <li>
 rate structures (online/offline)
 </li>
 <li>
 allotments, promotions, stop sales
 </li>
 <li>
 seasonality and revenue management dynamics
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercially driven with a clear focus on margin and volume
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication skills
 </li>

 B2B Sales Manager
 
 with a proven track record in
 
 travel distribution
 
 and strong experience selling to
 
 retail travel agencies (B2A)
 
 and/or
 
 corporate accounts

 What You&rsquo;ll Own
 
 
 This role combines
 
 new business acquisition
 
 and
 
 key account growth
 
 . You will build a strong pipeline, onboard partners, drive activation, and increase booking volume across our multi-product inventory.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Acquire and onboard
 
 travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate travel accounts
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Present and position Rimo Global
 
 as a competitive multi-product alternative to leading B2B platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive partner
 
 activation
 
 and improve booking performance post-onboarding
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and execute account growth plans across
 
 hotels + transfers + activities
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, credit/payment structures where applicable
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Track and report key KPIs (pipeline, sign-ups, activation rate, booking volume, margin, retention)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate with product, operations, and supply teams to improve conversion and competitiveness
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Conduct regular partner visits and training sessions
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Represent Rimo Global at industry events and networking activities
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements

 Strong B2B travel sales background
 
 with relevant distribution/wholesale/platform experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience selling to
 
 travel agencies
 
 (must) and/or corporates (plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of B2B travel platform dynamics:
 </li>
 <li>
 agency onboarding and activation
 </li>
 <li>
 pricing/markup/margin fundamentals
 </li>
 <li>
 promotions and commercial levers
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and relationship-building skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with CRM-based sales execution
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent English
 
 </li>
