Hotel Engineer

This position reports to the Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• Performs preventative maintenance and other tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
• Performs repairs listed on work orders and maintains the work orders as a record of work completed. Tracks and records repairs. Completes repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A minimum of one year building maintenance experience required, with hotel experience preferred.

Pay rate negotiable based on experience.
