Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, questions, and special requests promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments during night audits or shift changes.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Assist with guest relations by resolving issues quickly, offering local recommendations, and creating a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with diverse guests.
- Ability to handle night audits or late shifts as needed with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality management, or related roles is preferred.
