Job Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role requires a proactive approach to guest relations, ensuring each visitor experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with various hotel departments to deliver a seamless and memorable stay. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our guests’ experience and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, questions, and special requests promptly.
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments during night audits or shift changes.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Assist with guest relations by resolving issues quickly, offering local recommendations, and creating a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with diverse guests.
  • Ability to handle night audits or late shifts as needed with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in guest services, hospitality management, or related roles is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
