Hotel Front Desk Agent

Hampton Inn & Suites Alachua is looking for a friendly and professional Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. Previous hotel experience is preferred. must have schedule flexibility. Mornings, Evenings and Weekend availability. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, providing excellent customer service, answering phones, taking reservations, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Process payments and provide receipts to guests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information.
• Ensure that all guests are provided with the highest level of customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
