We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide information about the hotel and local area to guests.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and clean.

Skills

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
  • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and Expedia
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skill
