Hotel Front Desk Agent part time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The position is for Friday and Saturday 7am-3pm shift. We are a very busy hotel so being able to multitask is a must. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
• Assist with special requests or arrangements for guests, such as transportation or event bookings.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in hospitality management is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
