Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Knowledge of Choice systems a plus
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance personalized service.
• Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold hotel standards.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Experience in night audit procedures and handling guest accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
