Hotel Front Desk Clerk

HOURS ARE: MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY 3P-11P

We are looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team. Our Front Desk Agents are responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries and/or concerns, answering phones, handling cash transactions, checking in and out of guests, and making reservations. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to build their customer service skills and learn about the hotel industry. Individual must have atleast 1 year of consecutive work experience with one employer.

Responsibilities:

• Face to face customer service work in a high-pressure environment.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish), knowledge of a third language is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate with difficult customers.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and supervisors in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot problems independently.
• Use a computer.
• Work in retail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
