Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk Clerk with prior hotel experience to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you play a critical role in shaping their overall experience—from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
  • Maintain accurate records using hotel management software
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
