Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage reservations using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to answer inquiries promptly
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns swiftly and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Experience in hotel management or front desk roles within resort or hotel environments
• Proficiency in using front desk software and multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of guest services, guest relations, and hospitality best practices
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with guests professionally

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
