Hotel Front Desk Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for guest services, and a comprehensive understanding of hotel management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain operational efficiency.
• Handle guest relations by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and improve guest experiences.

Skills

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent guest service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with guests.
• Familiarity with resort operations and night audit processes is preferred.
• Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software for reservations and guest services.
• A solid understanding of hospitality management principles to drive team performance and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
