Guest Relations Manager (Tagalog Speaking)

The Company:

Kennedy Property Group has the UAE's largest short term rental company with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We are searching for an enthusiastic Guest Relations Manager to oversee customer experiences in our holiday homes.

Responsibilities:

• Being the main point of contact for guests; handling inquiries, reservations, concerns, and providing updates on check-ins, check-outs, and special requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Planning and preparing the daily schedules for the housekeeping, maintenance, and operational team the night before, ensuring tasks reflect guest needs and maintenance requirements.
• Ensuring that all maintenance and housekeeping tasks are posted in the company CRM along with relevant charges. Maintenance works should be completed promptly, meeting company standards.
• Coordinating with building management to provide necessary access passes for housekeepers, maintenance staff, and sales agents, and prepare and submit building No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for operational requirements, ensuring timely acquisition.
• Providing guests with access to the smart lock system where applicable.
• Registering bookings in government portals and aligning with the company’s property management system.
• Overseeing property inventories, manage the guest's security deposit return process, and purchasing new items if needed.
• Gathering records of pre-arrival photos and post-departure photos to explain any security deposit deductions if required.

Qualifications:

• UAE driving license required. Please do not apply if you don't have a valid license.
• Preferable candidates will have either hotel front desk, property management, concierge or guest relations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotels, business and hospitality management - an advantage
• Fluent in Tagalog and English (Verbal and Non-Verbal) is essential.
• Immediate joiners are preferred
