Property Management Officer

Position Overview

The Property Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and compliance of assigned properties. The role ensures that all properties are managed efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards, legal requirements, and contractual obligations. The officer acts as the primary point of contact for tenants, service providers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Operations & Maintenance

  • Monitor the condition of all assigned properties and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate with contractors, facility teams, and service providers for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met.

2. Tenant Relations & Customer Service

  • Serve as the main contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tenant issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Manage tenant move‑in and move‑out processes, including documentation and inspections.
  • Communicate notices, updates, and policy changes to tenants.

3. Lease Administration

  • Assist in preparing, renewing, and updating lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenancy contracts, Ejari registrations, and related documentation.
  • Monitor lease expiries, rent payments, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing, collections, and deposit management.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all properties comply with local regulations (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, RERA, etc.).
  • Maintain organized records of property documents, warranties, service contracts, and inspection reports.
  • Support RERA compliance, audits, and regulatory submissions.

5. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

  • Liaise with maintenance companies, cleaning teams, security providers, and other vendors.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure service quality.
  • Review and verify completion of works before approving invoices.

6. Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing property budgets and expense forecasts.
  • Monitor utility consumption, service charges, and operational costs.
  • Prepare periodic reports on property performance, maintenance activities, and tenant issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in property or facilities management (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, Ejari, and Dubai property laws.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management software is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license

Salary Range: AED 10,000 – 15,000.00 (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
