Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, where your leadership and exceptional guest service skills will elevate the guest experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Oversee night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy and security overnight.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and provide clear, courteous phone etiquette when communicating with guests and vendors.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues promptly and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Train new team members on hotel management software, guest services protocols, and hospitality best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing information while ensuring data privacy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
  • Strong background in hospitality management with excellent customer service skills.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
  • Experience with night audit procedures and managing multi-line phone systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
  • Ability to lead a team confidently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
