Position: Front Office Supervisor
Location: Qatar
Property: 4-Star Hotel
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel front office operations, guest service excellence, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day front office operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead, train, and support front desk team members
- Prepare and manage duty rosters/shift schedules for the front office team
- Handle guest check-in/check-out and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Manage reservations, room inventory, and booking channels
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, sales, and other departments
- Monitor performance and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel
- Solid experience in front office operations, reservations, and guest handling
- Knowledge of hotel sales and upselling techniques
- Hands-on experience with IDS PMS and Staah Channel Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be locally available in Qatar ,can joing with short notice.
