Hotel General Maintenance Tech

The La Mer Beachfront Resort is looking for General Maintenance techs to join our team.

APPLICANTS MUST LIVE WITHIN 20 MILES OF THE WORKSITE.

The Maintenance tech will work under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Maintenance to perform duties such as repairs and preventative maintenance of any and all equipment/hotel rooms and public areas. Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualified applicants must have:

• Must have basic knowledge in all trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating and HVAC systems.
• Minimum of two (2) years of on-the-job experience (Facilities Maintenance) is required.
• Previous experience in hotel/facilities maintenance is preferred.
