DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items which may include kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, minor electrical, plumbing, fabrication, construction, etc. throughout the facility.
- Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the property, identifying and resolving problems.
- Responds to maintenance requests, in-house calls and facilitates all repairs.
- Monitors own work load and advises supervisor of work overload.
- Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Facilities shop and assigned areas.
- Prepares daily work forms.
- Assists other departments when needed
- Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations and controls.
- Adheres to company, departmental and safety policies and procedures and Cal-OSHA regulations.
- Maintains superior communication via email and pass downs to entire department.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must have at least one year of experience in construction or maintenance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
