Floating Maintenance Technician

Great career opportunity for a motivated Maintenance Technician. Prior experience in maintenance required and HVAC experience preferred. This position will float between multiple properties in the Gaston County area, such as Gastonia, NC and Dallas, NC as needed. Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Organized & Detail Oriented - Strong Punch-out/ Make Ready experience - Electrical & plumbing skills/troubleshooting ability - Strong customer service skills - Positive, team-oriented attitude - Prior experience in multi-family housing and HVAC preferred - On-call required (weekends included) - Above average communication & customer service skills necessary - Positive / "Can Do" attitude Competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits package.
