Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel General Manager at Red Sea Hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing budgeting and financial performance, maintaining quality food and beverage standards, and overall business management.

Qualifications

• General Management and Business Management skills
• Previous experience in an All-Inclusive Hotel/Resort
• Previous experience with European guests
• Customer Service proficiency
• Budgeting expertise
• Food & Beverage knowledge
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong financial acumen
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or related field
• Multilingual abilities are beneficial
