Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager, located in Albany, GA. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring guest satisfaction, managing teams, maintaining budgets, and ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel functions. Responsibilities will include developing and executing business strategies, managing customer service standards, overseeing food and beverage operations, and maintaining the financial health of the property.


Qualifications

  • Strong General Management and Business Management skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Leadership and ability to manage diverse teams effectively
  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
