Hotel General Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead the overall operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance)
  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Recruit, train, and lead hotel staff
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–10 years of hotel management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven financial and operational management ability
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in [luxury / boutique / resort – customize as needed] hotels is a plus

Pay: From BD2,200.000 per month
