Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring all spaces are tidy and welcoming.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed.
• Ensure proper floor care through sweeping, mopping, buffing, or carpet cleaning to preserve the appearance and safety of all flooring types.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic environment for guests and staff alike.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and continuous quality standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with various cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods.
• Knowledge of custodial practices within hotel or hospitality settings to ensure consistent quality.
• Experience managing housekeeping tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
• Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required; we value proactive team players eager to learn.
