As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout guest rooms and public areas, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor appearance.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and handle cleaning equipment responsibly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the management team promptly.
• Adhere to all hotel policies regarding sanitation, safety regulations, and confidentiality to ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and janitorial equipment is advantageous.
