Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and recreational spaces to uphold hotel standards.
• Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces spotless and well-maintained.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to hotel policies for sanitation, infection control, and environmental sustainability practices.

Experience

• Skills in cleaning techniques including floor care, surface sanitation, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Experience with janitorial or custodial responsibilities in commercial or hospitality settings enhances your effectiveness in this role.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices helps streamline operations and improve service quality.
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for reporting issues clearly and following instructions accurately.
