Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas with precision and efficiency.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are spotless and inviting.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine environment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial supplies and equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Assist with laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Support the overall cleanliness of the hotel by participating in deep cleaning projects and special sanitation procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and janitorial best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Prior experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is a plus; hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
