• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to meet cleanliness standards.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and convenience.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by properly handling cleaning chemicals and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards.
• Follow established procedures for waste disposal and linen management to promote environmental sustainability.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or hospitality housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service delivery.
• Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in a hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
• Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning methods that ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
