Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces, ensuring they are tidy and well-stocked.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for floor care, including mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep floors pristine.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards in accordance with hospitality regulations and industrial cleaning practices.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials within a hospitality setting.
• Experience with floor care methods including mopping, buffing, or carpet cleaning is advantageous.
• Knowledge of janitorial or industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Background in hospitality or custodial management can enhance effectiveness in supervising cleaning operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
