Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels in accordance with hotel protocols.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, beverages, and other guest supplies to enhance the guest experience.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and safety compliance.
• Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards across the property.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to perform thorough sanitation tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
