Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will help create memorable stays for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain a pristine environment
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required
