Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming, and mopping, to maintain a polished appearance throughout the hotel.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to meet guest needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold the hotel’s high standards of hygiene.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to ensure timely repairs.
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and customer service to provide a seamless guest experience.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods is advantageous.
• Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates your ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment ensures safe practices on the job.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high cleanliness standards consistently.
• Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued for growth opportunities.
