Hotel Housekeepers - FT/PT

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brunswick Maryland is seeking housekeeping professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be detailed oriented, reliable and dedicated to provide an exceptional experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean bathtub/shower, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles counters and all floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes and /or cleaning agents by extending arms overhead, bending and stooping.
• Adhere to all cleaning procedures and instructions as provided by the hotel.
• Strip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting beds a maximum 50/75 pounds.
• The ability to speak with guests. Self-starting personality. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Must be willing to pitch in and help co-workers with their job duties as a team player.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment. Ability to push and pull equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Will be cross-trained in Breakfast, Lobby and Laundry to work shifts.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule: Weekends required, Holidays required. 8 to 10 hour shifts.
