Hotel Maintenace/Handyman

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handy Man/Maintenance person to join our team. As this person you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify any issues or potential problems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Install and repair fixtures, equipment, and appliances
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, such as HVAC and plumbing
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man/Maintenance or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Skilled in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
